Who We Are

Delta Outcomes was founded by Philip Faure and Rob Stewart, two seasoned professionals with extensive experience in wealth management, impact investing, and sustainable finance. Their journey began at Standard Bank, where they shaped investment strategies for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. With a shared vision to mainstream impact investing, they co-founded Delta Outcomes in 2025, combining deep investment expertise with AI-driven solutions to enhance impact investment research, stock screening, and portfolio management.

Our Story

Philip joined Standard Bank as Global Head of Wealth Management in 2014, where he met Rob, then Head of Portfolio Management at Melville Douglas Investment Management, a subsidiary of the bank. Over the next five years, they worked closely, shaping a wealth management proposition for (U)HNWIs that integrated banking, investment management, generational wealth planning, and philanthropy.

By 2019, both had relocated to Jersey, Rob a leading global discretionary portfolio manager at Melville Douglas, and later the lead fund manager on its Global Impact Fund, and Philip, co-founding Paragon Impact, as part of Revive Impact Partners, a technology-driven impact measurement and reporting business.

Their shared passion for impact investing kept them connected, recognising the urgent and crucial role that investment capital can play in growing the sphere of impact investing and embedding impact into every investment decision, if we are to address the world’s most pressing environmental and social challenges.

In early 2025, with aligned vision and complementary expertise, they co-founded Delta Outcomes, leveraging AI and deep investment expertise to redefine impact investing.
